Property Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage
Exterior surfaces may have existing damage, deterioration, oxidation, loose paint, cracked surfaces, failing caulk, damaged seals, or other conditions that may not be visible before cleaning.
519 House Washing & Power Washing will use reasonable care when performing services but cannot guarantee that cleaning will not reveal or affect pre-existing conditions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, improperly maintained surfaces, defective materials, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated to the customer at the time of service or stated on an invoice.
We may accept payment through available payment methods communicated by 519 House Washing & Power Washing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all amounts due for completed services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
